Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing development team in the end-to-end creation of web applications, ensuring seamless integration of robust front-end and back-end components.
• Product Vision: Contribute to the product vision with your expertise in systems design, cybersecurity, and full-stack development, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• React Mastery: Utilize your 6+ years of experience in React to design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces that set the standard for usability and security.
• Elastic Search Excellence: Optimize Elastic Search to enhance data retrieval capabilities, providing the foundation for advanced cybersecurity analytics.
• Dashboard Innovation: Drive the design and implementation of interactive dashboards that deliver actionable insights, enhancing the product’s usability and impact.
• API Development Leadership: Lead the development and maintenance of secure API endpoints, facilitating seamless communication across the cybersecurity product’s architecture.
• Secure Coding Advocacy: Champion secure coding practices within the team, conducting regular security assessments, and ensuring compliance with the highest cybersecurity standards.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Leverage your profound understanding of cybersecurity concepts to inform product development, contributing to the creation of resilient and secure solutions.
• Network Fundamentals Integration: Apply your knowledge of network fundamentals to optimize data communication within the cybersecurity infrastructure, ensuring efficiency and security.
• AWS Lambda Expertise: Implement serverless architecture using AWS Lambda, ensuring scalability and efficiency in backend processing.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating cybersecurity requirements into innovative technical solutions and fostering a collaborative development environment.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in full-stack development, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in React for front-end development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS styled components, and expertise in React-based frameworks.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Elasticsearch, and GraphQL.
• Deep background in systems design, cybersecurity principles, and network fundamentals.
• Demonstrated experience with API development, and AWS Lambda.
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and commitment to cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with Git Version Control System.
• Working knowledge of CDNs, and experience optimising page load times are a very strong bonus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications in full-stack development.
• Experience in leading the development of large-scale, complex applications.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the cybersecurity space.
